Looking to relocate to San Diego from Michigan and I logged on to several San Diego Real Estate web sites.
The first response I received from my inquiries was from Phil. When I spoke with Phil, he gave me a great understanding of the market and provided a relocation kit filled with vital information about schools, outdoor activities and everyday life in North County San Diego.
When my wife and I moved to San Diego, Phil walked us through every step of the negotiations and buying of our first house.
